what compression are the pistons?
its hard to say what power ul have but it could be anywhere between 250bhp-400bhp

I have same engine and wanting to make it turbo power not for big BHP just the puzzled look when bonnet is open

What PSI do you think i can run on std engine ??

Max 10 PSI with 10.3 cr

I've used low-cr forged pistons

now I'm running with 21 PSI boost

Gercekden mükemell bir sonuc hayran kaldım,Almanlar sizin yapdınız işden bile korkiordu.Ben Almanyadan Türkiyeye temerli dönüş yapdım,ve benim DOHC icin cok zor parca bulabiliorum,usta siz nerden buldunuz bunları?????? hele Türkiyede zanetdim kadar cok zor.Gercekden temiz ve süper iş yapdınız,DOHC ye Turbo takmak pek bassit bir iş olmadını biliorum tebrikler.http://






Aslında Cosworth 24V motorunu takmak istiorum Vitezli,ama bunu gördükden sonra düşünmeye başladım

Teşekkürler aracınız çok diri ve güzel görünüyor.DOHC motor beklentilerimizi çok çok fazlası ile karşıladı. TR şarlarında gerçekten zor bir iş modifiye parçası bu motor için yok hiç bir firma üretmemiş zaten, debriyaj balatası piston bunlar özel yapım
diğer parçalar orjinal fabrikasyon parçalardır turbo uygulamasında orjinal parçalar çok başarılı oldukça kaliteli hiç bir problem ve aksaklık yaşamadık şu ana kadar 1 bar boos ile 350hp lerde çok sağlıklı problemsiz yürüyor

Antalya taraflarına yolun düşerse beklerim şanzuman orjinal ancak dediğim gibi orjinal debriyaj balatası çok zayıf ,el yapımı yukarıda resimide olan sinter bronz debriyaj balatası yaptırıp balata kaçırma problemini çözdük.
bunun dışında şanzıman ile alakalı bir problem hiç yaşamadık MT75 çok sağlam. dediğim gibi şu anda 1 bar boost ile 350 hp lerde turbo basıncını 1.8 lere çıkarıp tekrar bir beyin ayarı ile daha fazla güçlere ulaşmak mümkün enjektörlerimiz şimdilik bu kadarına izin veriyor 1000cc enjektörler ile bunu mutlaka deniycez ve en son aşamada 2.3 scorpio 16v kapak silindir kapağını değiştirip emme ve egzos manifoldları el yapımı olacak projeyi tamamlıycaz
