Default Need To Insure - Problems! - Sorted!!!

So, ive been with Need2insure for the past 2 years and adrian flux came up over 50% cheaper this year. I have 9 years no claims bonus, need to insure sent me out a proof of no-claims showing only 5yrs and in the same letter it states i had 7yrs when the policy started 2 years ago and that ive had zero claims in the past 5 years...
So i ring them up 3 times over 3weeks and they say they are looking into it!
Im tempted to go visit them in person

Paul rang me and rectified the issue this morning!

It's so fucking irritating when they do stuff like this. Insured my new bike last week, total nightmare, as they kept putting incorrect stuff on the documents!

I had something similar with my old insurance company. Joined with 4 years no claims, with them a year and they sent me a letter for proof stating 2 years!

Rang them and after awhile they admitted they fucked and sent me a new one to be fair.

As said in previous threads, dealt with them once trying to get a quote, rang 3 times to chase up and still couldn't get any joy and kept being told its being looked into so never bothered again. Paul seems to be the only helpful one there if you can get hold of him.

They are a good bunch of guys down there, its just a shame they couldnt have sorted this sooner! But its done now, Many thanks to Paul!

I get on well with paul and speak to him pretty regular on many things, no company is perfect and he will be first to admit that but he does go above and beyond when he can and its also good to know the person you are speaking too is a mega ford enthusiast who owns some stunning cars and is no mug

best advice for anyone taking out insurance is shop around before putting pen to paper as prices vary dependent on your location, age etc etc etc
