Default Quickest way to lose weight in 2 weeks?

Right ive just got my letter for my operation, its in 2 weeks and i need to lose as much weight as poss before i go in, as im very close to the cut off margain to be allowed it, ive lost 24lbs already by doing Slimming World at home, which im still on

what can i do to speed it up for next 2 weeks? cant get to a gym as got a 6mth old baby and no childcare available, i need a super quick fix

someone help!

im bricking it now and really need to get at least another 4lb off so im safe

Ephedrine, proplus and aspirin.... weight will fall off.... Take in the morning so you get a sleep at night though.

I havent tried this as i am bulking up still but seen it work for lots of people....

Caffine is an apetite suppresant, honest to god, I reckon I could go days without eating by just drinking redbull type shit!
That will prob fuck your health even worse tho, so i wouldnt
Well, I do, but id not reccomend it

Excersize bike at home, can sit on it in front of the telly and the kid, so no worrys there.

Eat fuck all but salad and fuck a lot or do anything else you can do for exercise without leaving the house.

Fundamentally just a case of using more energy than you eat more or less.

Cut out bread potaote etc stick to vegtables fruit and maybe try that cereal diet thing. one bowl in morning good lunch like chicken and salad or fish etc then bowl in the evening.


Not actually got a clue but sounds good....

i dont eat pies


got a pedometer so doing 10k steps a day already

water ill give it a go, and some more fruit

ephedrine i have used before and tbh it made me feel ill so would never take that again

anyone else? i cant run up and down stairs, the op im having is a breast reduction, it hurts my back

i can leave the house i walk a lot, saves petrol money

i can eat salad all day long tbh might give it a go less meat, dont do pasta or potato very often as im not a lover of either, and only eat wholemeal bread no more than 2 slices a day

yeah, but chip ONLY eats pizza type stufff - he doesnt do stuff that is healthy

i done the atkins diet for a month a couple of years ago, lost about 1.5 stone

stopped and put it all back on, plus a bit more

diets are bollocks imo, either that or its cos i drink too much

ill ask my dad if i can use his turbo trainer, get a few miles in, should burn some fat

Until my mid 20s my fighting weight was exactly 70Kgs, by varying it by 1Kg up or down I could change the class I was in.

Just cause I currently choose to take utterly no care of my body whatsoever, doesnt mean i dont know how to do so if I wanted to

a diet is crap, cos once you come off it you put it back on, cos your back to eating shit

i aint doing a diet, slimming world is a healthy eating plan which ive done for over 4yrs, with 2 pregnancies in between

i just need a boost to my loss for the next fortnight and then ill be happy with my 1lb a week loss again

what aerobic is best to lose weight fast? cant do any impact sports ie running as i cant stand the pain on my back, and id knock myself out tbh

Swimming has to be the best zero impact aerobic exercise.

Failing that, any sort of machine other than runner is good news, stepper, cross trainer, bike, they are all zero impact

ill try get to the baths, but finley cant swim or go in the deep end

cycling a good one? if i can do it on a stationary bike i can get a good hour or so during the day cos finley has a good long afternoon nap most days

If you do an hour a day on the bike, and eat sensibley, you WILL lose weight, especially if you are a bit of a porker to begin with.

im not a porker now, i was though

ive got about another 1.5 stone to lose, but NEED to get as much off in this fortnight before my op!!!!!!!

ill have to try and get round my dads and use the bike i think

ive been losing weight at about 1lb a week,but tbh i aint been massively strict and still having the odd treat etc,

cycling is good if you cant get out of the house! or as chip says, any machine thats non- impact... plus you should be able ot get a cheap cycle machine if its just for a short period!

i didnt say i wasnt overweight, but i aint a porker lol, they wont do the op if your BMI is 30, mine is 29.5

it was 33 though so its going right down, but i dont wanna be as close to the weight limit as i was

btw i have a high muscle mass from when i was an athlete which doesnt help my weight

Diets are easy to work out.

1000 calories a day max.
as much cycling machine as you can a day.
4 litres minimum of water a day.(important)

you will lose what you need to,job done.

More water is a good idea, it will help your body clean out its lymph system and that will make it easier for it to remove fat from storage pockets around the body and move it to where it needs to be burned off.

Same goes for exercise, it just generally ups the bodies metabolic rate and speeds the whole process up.

Little and often with both eating and exercising is good for weight loss.

treat yourself so having a chewing gum, that'll help loads
and eat rabbit food and drink loads of water
the more regular you become the more you can alter your diet and see what effects it has on your body
but don't do it before the op because oyu might try eating carrots and see your weight stkyrocket where as peas might see it plummet
