Fundamentally just a case of using more energy than you eat more or less.
i can leave the house i walk a lot, saves petrol money
i can eat salad all day long tbh might give it a go less meat, dont do pasta or potato very often as im not a lover of either, and only eat wholemeal bread no more than 2 slices a day
