i aint doing a diet, slimming world is a healthy eating plan which ive done for over 4yrs, with 2 pregnancies in between
i just need a boost to my loss for the next fortnight and then ill be happy with my 1lb a week loss again
Diet: Salad / water / fuck all else
Exercise: Purely aerobic, dont do anything involving weights
what aerobic is best to lose weight fast? cant do any impact sports ie running as i cant stand the pain on my back, and id knock myself out tbh
