I would suggest a live map straight away and hope you have brakes, suspension and tyres to match the performance

You can only long stud a 200 block and I would advise not to use arp studs on any 205 or 200 block as they crack them.

As for a figure not a clue

TR1 proxies.
18" dynamics
Koni suspension and
not decided on the brakes as i have some Brembo's on another car and there not as good as the standard cosworth ones.
It's not studded but i didn't aim for the 83lb injectors and was going to go with greys.
Hopefully i can smooth the power out on the live map.
It is going live map and close loop.
Its not a track car and is only being used on sat morn drives.

One word of advice I can give is without a doubt get a big brake conversion as the standard Cosworth brakes will not be up to the job of slowing down a potentially 450+ bhp car.

Yes .
I will.
Thankyou.
Ive just to get her running and then ,i have all this to sort.
I am holding out on the brake decision, as the Brembo's i have won't be good enougth.
once shes running and sprayed.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2804660805...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I only wanted grays.
Well i will have a look at this.
Thing is if i keep uprating something will give.
I will put this head on if i get the engine running of the chip.
Re do the sills and get her pretty again in the spray shop.
I would have to put the head on before the live mapp.
I will have to order a outlet cam.
i have a bd14 inlet ,i wouldn't change that.
i would just put a outlet cam in.

Think you need to speak to a tuner mate as that turbo will rip the head clean off if you don't long stud it and I'm supposing your using a 200 block

I wouldn't bother with Greys, much better injectors on the market, how about a 3071 or a T36 ??

Turbo not really suited to the job. I`d go 3071 on this spec. Double valve springs with BD14 inlet and standard exh cam. 4x4 or small turbo escos inlet manifold. Decent breather set up and air inj boost control with live map.

Well my mechanic couldn't get her started.
I took her to James at MSD and he worked his magic and found a well dodgy wire going to the amp.
The car is running.
Some good sound advice on certain quality loom issues.
I am pleased.
I am having the lamba sensor fitted and some service items ,
I will take her away and get her sills done and MOT.
I have all the parts now for the exterior .
These will be fitted and a respray next.
Back to MSD for some Gucci items then drive her sensible and get some time with her a live mapping after a wee bit of time..

I have just received the car from MSD.
She had a new engine loom ,fuel pump loom, air injectors fitted.
She runs well but needs a live map to get her opened up,
I have to change oil and take her for a mot and have sills welded.
The sill work is booked in for next Friday.
These cars are a good life time project.
It's like having a dog.
There not just for driving there a life time commitment.
