Default Fuel pump connectors

Guys i have just put a 044 pump on my cossie what are you putting on the connections to protect them? Bit of grease,get some rubber boots or just leave as is?

mine are open not covered with anything prob should be, will have a look when next up the garage and check the condition

Im just thinking after being out in the rain ect getting wet there going to start going rusty and a pain if have to be taken off.

I just used some special rubber stuff that I got from deal extreme, but you can use any RTV sealant, bath sealant will keep out the water etc, just put it over the connected connectors, £1 for a massive tube from your local £ shop!!
