Check the MAP hose is actually connected and secondly the hose is in good condition I.E no splits, that connects to the plenum, sensor is under a fender under the header tank.

Phase sensor can also cause over fueling but car will run without it although not good as injectors run batch rather than seq injection.

I assume the engine runs as you have checked FP?

The CTS can as said make the car run rich you could check it's a blue coloured sensor on left hand side at back of head, very obscured.

what is the base co content?

what ECU is it? anti clock may not be weaken!

is the phase sensor gapped and aligned correctly?

is the crank sensor gapped correctly?

does tha act sensor function correctly?

does the ect function correctly?

do you have the correct map sensor and does it work correctly?

are you sure you have the correct injectors?

do you have any air leaks on the vaccum side of the t/b

is the tps calibrated correctly?

was the chip ordered to match your exact engine spec?

did he chip come with instructions? and have you followed them acuratly?

if the answer to all of rhese is yes, email your invoice number and chip id over to sales@remapping.co.uk and we can help
