Default splutter and backfire

hi its me again I have finally changed the spark plugs,coilpack and fuel filter on my rs mk1 as I had replys saying change them it didn't do it briefly after but now its just started again any more suggestions on what it could be ?

Would a crank sensor damaged wire cause these symptoms maybe ???

i have used ford recomenned plugs they are iridum tip ones i think

what power you running ? and did you change the HT leads?

not a clue power wise maybe anywhere between 280-300bhp. And no didn't change the leafs but will do tonight

if you aint got a clue power wise what makes you think your running 280-300??

because it has been dynod at 300before and i have turned boost down a little due to thinkin it was overboosting. So now i don't know what it could be

if your running about that much power i would change the plugs again to what i told you to use as standard ones don't like anything above the normal 212 and use high performance
HT leads i am running 350 and no problems

i have just literally changed the leads to factory ones from magnacor ones and factory plugs. And it seems ok for now just been on a little run. I will go back high performance parts if it does it again. Thanks again anyway

the leads and coilpack and little close to the intercooler pipe and gets very and and split one of the leads so kept arking out. So i had to put a bit of rubber inbetween
