Sorry guys haven't checked this thread 
I was hoping someone lived very local to it, so I could send them a cheque to cover the item and postage and they could pick it up and send it to me in the UK
The dealer in question won't send it to another one for me, probably as I am in the UK?

no prolem i can have the part shipped to me for free (as i'm also @ a forddealer), and then i could send it to the uk no problem at all. though i'm not to keen of cheque's. We don't use those anymore. Got paypal?

Cheque's are old
We use pay pal , or do bank transfers , these are very save.
