T3s and turinabol
A friend of mine has said he can get the above..
he said the t3s are really good for giving a slight cut, adding strength and some mass..
and the turinabol is good for giving a lot of strength with some mass, but have no sides :/
i have never heard of the above before, but just seeing if anyone of you have or even tried it so can give first hand info..

im 10 weeks into pre comp 18 week diet im on t3 now there thyroid medication unless u no what to do i woulnt fuk about with it
im doin 4 week of 2 25 mcg tabs a night before bed and thats all although i have been told to do 8weeks but think its to many, im using it to strip fat

Just the sort of person I would love to take suppliment advice from.
Come on mate, look at what your doing/saying. Yes some of those things above help but I don't think anyone should be recommending them to someone they know fuck all about.
To the OP. Turinabol is an anabolic steroid. A brand name or type of Dianabol/anabol/bionabol etc etc. If your "friend" is telling you there are no sides then he is a fucking idiot and I wouldn't even listen to his advice on cooking eggs.
All of what you have mentioned have sides. I also don't see how T3's are going to give you gains. Quite the opposite imho as I think more catabolic than anabolic. You would probably lose some strength/muscle mass if doing them alone.
I assume your friend is in good shape? Because its not a fail safe but I wouldn't be listening to advice from a 10 stone bicep boy.

as for the sarcasm we all no its not jus diet yes it is the biggest most important part but hes asking about using t3 im tellin him what im doin on the advice i have been given.

Cheers for the sarcasm. I speak from experience. I have also used all the above you just mentioned and still say to the OP that unless he is cutting for a show a good, clean diet will do exactly what he needs.

to the reply above, thats the reason for the post, its because im wanting to research all the different steroids and asking for different peoples views, which i think is a good way of getting information, so im not stupid at all unlike most people my age that just want to get big for the weekend..
i keep being told about t3s and t5s, but just spoken to my uncle whos a doctor and he knew straight away when i said t3, saying thats thyroid medication (which my nan is on :S) he said its totally stupid to take, which can involve panic attacks and serious chest pains...

turniabol oral 10mg tabs..
done some research and people take them anywhere from 10mg (1 tab) upto 80mg (8 tabs) a day..
im thinking of doing it in the middle at 40mg a day for 4 weeks (7days a week), or maybe 30mg a day till i run out..
also would it be best to stay on them 7 days a week, or have a day or two off, for example tuesdays and saturdays or would this effect the gains?

I personally hate those that jump on these types of thread with the "how long have you been training" type question but from what I have seen you know piss all about what your going to be throwing down your throat so could accept it in this instance.
For a first course you need 3 tabs a day max imho. But to be honest until you've done some homework you shouldn't be taking any. These are toxic so 80mg per day is not good and you would hold shit loads of water. Unless the other areas in you training are sorted I would put money on you blowing up with water and losing it all. With that reading up you've been doing you would also know that they have a pretty short half life so they need to be taken every day and at various intervals throughout. Splitting the days would see it out of your system and then back in. Your natural system would be all over the place and not know what the hells going on.
Mate tbh you need to do some more research. Preferably NOT on a fucking car forum too. You wouldn't go on a bodybuilding site and ask how to map an ecu. Think about it.
