Default making your own mass gainer

im waning to make my own mass gainer and it will be cheaper and better for me than buying them,

any advice on making your own would be greatful

i would have thought eating more food containing protein and good fats would be better

gainer has carbs in it, you want a combination of protein and carb

More food, try to eat every 3 hours, and increase your carbs gradually, maybe every fortnight.

I'm currently having 200g chicken with 100g of rice for meals 2-5,
