Default Diet help!!!

If anyone could shed some light on some bodybuilding diets, would be much appreciated!

I am 23, male, 82kgs and 6ft2.

I have been going to the gym for just about 18 months. I take creatine capsules for a month, and come of them for 2 months. I'm pretty happy with overall size, but want to stregnthen certain parts of my body and increase size of them.

So have decided to go on a proper diet!

My uncle is former Mr UK, in 1991, but refuses to talk about any of it, as he found God Which is no help to me!!!

So I have done a bit of research into diet, and calorie intake etc...

This is what I could work out (correct me if I'm wrong)...

Calorie Intake per day
3527 calories
Protein: 1059 calories (30%) 264g Per Day (44g per meal) (176 calories)
Carbohydrates: 1763calories (50%) 440g Per day (73g per meal) (293calories)
Fat:705 calories (20%) 176g Per Day (29g per meal) (117 calories per meal)
So I'm just trying to work out what kind of wheels I should be having... I have a rough idea of what foods are needed as I've been on a relaxed diet for a while!

I want to tone up a bit more, along with increasing size, but withoutout getting a belly!!

If anyone could give some advice on meals, foods etc, would be much appreciated!!

cheers Mikey
