has anybody used them,are they any good? any side effects?

I'm thinking about giving them ago as have had 6mths in mass gain! Heard some v good reports from various people! Packaging is very gimmickly but just about the best on the Market according to reviews I've read in mens fitness etc etc

I used them for about 2 or 3 days and I was pooing pure blood so stoped straight away. I spoke to the place where I brought them from and they assured me no one else had told them it happen to them so must just of been me lol. One thing I didn't do is it says to check tollarance only take one a day for i tinnk it was a week.

thanks for the input my daughter claims to have lost 11lb using these. but i certainly cant tell any difference lol
