are dead lifts good for you,what muscles do they build

Lower back, glutes, traps, delts, forearms, hamstrings, lats. Ultimate of lifts, no training programme should be without them imo.

how many sets should i do a week i go gym monday wednesday and friday.i did a 90kg dead lift and was ok,could have done more but it was more or less my first time and didnt want to over do it.i did the dead lifts on friday and felt it more on the top of my back and its sore from friday.im not in pain it feels like they have been worked on

My deadlifts usually look something like the below;

8x60kg (warmup)
8x150kg
5x180kg
2x200kg
1x230kg/250kg (max you can lift for 1 rep)
8x100kg (warmdown)

Important to stretch before it imo, loosen the back up then get the movement repeated a few times with light weight to make sure you aint gonna hurt yourself.

I would only deadlift once a week.

Some impresive deadlifting, is it all raw or using straps etc?

All raw except my one heavy rep at max weight usually.

Sometimes use straps at 180/200 depending on how shredded my hands are from previous week!

I love doing dead lifts, can feel it work on all your body, normally rep 100kg for 3 or 4 sets, warm up on 80kg
