need to lose weight fast
Ok last year i went from 18st 6 to 15st 5 in about 4 months
i soon put it back on after not going to gym,
Now im racing in stock hatch championship and need to get to at least 15st to get anywere near competative.
im down the 17st 1lbs (lost about 1st 5lbs) in last 5 weeks but now im struggling to lose ie 1lbs a week at min.
i want to lose about 2-3lbs a week. im going to gym 4 days a week and spending a hour on cardio 30mins (cycling machine) 30 mins (cross Trainer)
what am i doing wrong or can anyone suggest a good routine?
I have Muesli every morning and noddles for lunch (super noodles) and usually 2x brown pittas and tuna for dinner!
im thinking of starting the Special K diets ie cerial for breakfast and lunch and a normal dinner. please let me know what i can do.

cut the carbs down, increase your protein intake, try to eat 6 small meals a day(I use sci-mx diet fuel as a meal replacement) stick at it

A tapeworm, or food poisoning will do the trick fast as fook.
Seriously though, cut out as much carbs as possible, increase your metabolic rate by eating small ( 1/4 of a meal size) every couple of hours rather than a big meal once or twice a day. Increase the amount of activity you do so that you feel knackered each day and the weight will fall off.

Hi, from your daily food intake and cardio sessions your should be losing fat no problem. You could try sticking to a diet like the one below, I stuck to it and the fat dropped off of me. The portions should be smaller than a normal meal, about the size of a small bowl.
If your still not losing weight you should ask yourself if your pushing yourself hard enough whilst doing cardio. If you think that is the problem you could try joining a sport or some classes, boxing gyms are also good, if you get a decent gym the training regimes are some of the hardest you will find, very rewarding though. I would also advise to read up on all aspects of nutrition and training. This will allow you to analyse your lifestyle and find where the problem lies. Your body works the same way as everyone else's so there is a problem somewhere if you cant shed the weight. Good luck

Meal two: meat and small salad
Meal three: whey protein shake and a piece of fruit
Meal four: meat, 1 cup brown rice and vegetables
Meal five: stir fry chicken or beef with vegetables
Meal six: Whey proteins shake

Do not go on the Atkins diet or any other fad diet out there. Nearly all of them lack vital nutrients and can be harmful to the body, especially ones like the Atkins diet. You CANNOT beat a healthy balanced diet.
