hello peeps
need some advice
the past 4 years ive been ill and ive lost over 2 stone
im now 8 stone
and no matter what i do i carnt get the weight back on and feel im losing my strength each day
so from next week im going ot be trainning but want to know what sort of food and drink are going to help me
like before trainning after trainning etc
when to eat all sorts as im tottally new at this and need to get my life back and get big again as im fed up of buying new fuking clothes
plus best excersies and what works best to get some muscle mass on aswell

Easy diet for you here mate......stick with it and watch the lbs go up!!
Meal 1
5 whole eggs, 8 egg whites, 1 bagel w/butter
Meal 2
3 scoops whey protein, 2 cups rice
Meal 3
2 cans tuna, 3 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp mayo, side salad
Meal 4
3 scoops whey protein, 2 cups rice
Meal 5
10 oz chicken/steak, 1 large potato, french fries
Meal 6
1 can tuna, 1 apple, 1 tbsp flax seed oil
Its fairly expensive but has proved wonders for me when bulking!
