Meal 1
5 whole eggs, 8 egg whites, 1 bagel w/butter
Meal 2
3 scoops whey protein, 2 cups rice
Meal 3
2 cans tuna, 3 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp mayo, side salad
Meal 4
3 scoops whey protein, 2 cups rice
Meal 5
10 oz chicken/steak, 1 large potato, french fries
Meal 6
1 can tuna, 1 apple, 1 tbsp flax seed oil
Its fairly expensive but has proved wonders for me when bulking!
