just started trainning..... again help
just started back down the gym after 3 years away........
oh and putting on nearly 3 stone of fat
advice would be great on how to work shouldes, bi's and tri's
ive started with 20min cardio every session vering from bike to cross trainer
i've also started body part trainning
monday - legs
tuesday - chest
wednesday - back
tuhrsday - arms
friday - shoulders and stomach
also followed by 30 - 40 ab crunches with either 5 or 10kg weights every day
any advice on a change of my routine would be great

I have found it easier to space the daysout differently..
I do.
Mon - Chest and Biceps
Tues - Back and Triceps
Wed - Off
Thurs - Legs and Traps
Fri - Shoulders + something else ( Forgotten)
From what I've been told, always best to work a large muscle group with a small muscle group..

After being away from the gym for 3 years ide start afresh and do mon-fri full body workout for the first month to quicken up the process then after first month start doin muscle groups i.e back and arms mon tue off legs wed thu off and arms calfs fri then weekend off (not that exact workout but you get the rough idea) along with ure 20mins cardio every day and eatin like a horse

im doin shock theropey at the moment...massive weights only a few rep's and few sets
just to rip the muscles abit get some blood back in there ha ha ha
not lookin to lose wegigh but shift the belly and handles and just genraly get bigger
