Default New to this room

Right then lads,

I'm 6ft tall, medium build (at a guess), and weigh 13.5 stone. My waist is 33" and I'm not too bothered about getting huge, just want to lose my gut!!!

I probably drink about 5 pints of lager a week, do these have to go or can I still get trim whilst necking a few Carlings?

Anyone got any good routines or exercises that I can put into place in both the gym and at home?

sorry but yes cut down, thats why its called a BEER gut, try situps to start with as these can be down anywhere, once you can do about 4 sets of 20 easily try butting some weight onto your chest and doing them, sometimes a rucksack is good for this
