Does anyone know if 330mm AP brakes fit behind 17" TSW Hocks?

yes they should.

Im running focus rs brakes on my saph although they are slightly smaller at 325mm

It depends on what car you mean. On my 4x4 sapph it doesn't fit as the calipers will hit the inside of the wheel spokes. That will also depend on wheel width and offset, which in my case is 17x8, ET35.
