Hi I think this is a stupid question but on a Sierra XR4x4 do the front wheels need to have the same rolling diameter as the rear? and if not how much difference could there be before you get wind up (It has a LSD on the rear)

Yes on they need to be the same rolling Radius but for example I had Toyo 245/35/17 on the rears and 215/40/17 toyo on the fronts and the rolling radius was the same, 605mm if I remember correctly.
So there are options for running wider rear tyres on a 4x4.
