hello im looking into buying some wheels for my 3 door, but all the different offsets confuse me,
so what offset will i need so it doesnt look like im using a narrow axle, cheers.
Et37 is a standard 3 door offset . and et25 is standard escort cosworth offset.
On my 3 door ive gone for et35 7j on the front so it dont catch the arches and et30 8j on the rear .
Hope this gives you some idea

As my post above, mines never caught the arches even when driving hard . think mine also has 205's on the front and 215's on the rear
I tried 18's on my 3 door and it really didnt feel safe . Im now on my 9th set of wheels in 6 years and i like the way the car drives on these and it looks ok too so there staying .
