Focus - aftermarket (OZ) wheels - locking nuts

Hi folks, newb here - putting some Superturismos on my Focus, any reason why I shouldn't use the locking nuts (apart from they're sh*t, etc). Is there any reason why they wouldn't fit?

Not too sure what you mean? Apart from the fact they'll get nicked if you don't use them.....

Sorry I wasn't very clear - I meant will the standard locknuts (with a tapered end, for standard alloys) fit as they are supposed to or should I get a set of locknuts for aftermarket application?

No you will need the correct nuts for the wheels, as the taper angle is quite often different between makes.

Fair enough - cheers for the response. I wasn't sure but figured there would be a fair few people on here that may have fitted specifically OZ wheels.
