ERST wheels Fit Focus?

ERST wheels Fit Focus?
Will 16" rims that were fitted to an ERST fit onto a Ford Focus 2003? I assume they will stick out further? But will this cause problems with handling or look stupid

The wheels were not Standard ERST wheels, they were Team Dynamics Pro race lightweight 16" wheels but were fitted to an ERST.
I bought them in the end and it turns out they fitted fine to the missus focus and look
