XR2i EFI and Fiesta RST heads, camshaft and valves are all identical,

its only cosy exhaust valves that are sodium filed.

S1 heads had the sodium zorst valves, cost too much and wasnt necessary so ford binned it on S2. been told that later RST's had the D shaped ports too, but other than that 2i's have D shaped ports whereas RST's used to have round ones.
