Default Intermitent wheel wobble

Over the last couple of weeks going around left hand corners I have been getting really bad wheel wobble and shaking from the front end of the car.

Had the wheels rebalanced and checked all of the wheel nuts, and the top of the front struts, they are all fine, the front struts are only about a year old so hopefully it shouldn't be those.

This doesn't do it all the time though, it has only done this once the past week.

Any ideas as I haven't a clue

Could it be when your braking?

Warped discs will cause wheel wobble.

If it was a warped disc wouldn't it do that all the time ??? which it doesn't

But when it does do it that is what it feels like, I get like a rattling from the front as though something is loose, if that makes sense.

could be a ball joint? other than that I'd say bearing, jack the car up and check the wheel for side to side and up and down motion. replace whatever seems to be giving way.

hiya mate is it a 4x4, if your bushes and bearings are ok it could be that 1 of your driveshafts is worn to check it get hold of the driveshaftshaft and try to move it up down if you get alot of up and down movement then it's knackered i had the problem on an escort and it turned out to be this.
