Default Mondeo leaking coolant even AFTER pressure test

My Mondeo 1995/2.0i GHIA is leaking some coolant. This has occured after I had the cooling system rebuilt - new pump, new thermostat, new radiator. I've also had both pipes from the radiator replaced which cool the gearbox etc. so they are new also.

I've had it pressure tested and it doesn't leak under the test.

If I take it for a short drive e.g.15 miles, it doesn't leak coolant.

However, when I take it for a long drive and park it in the driveway later, I notice a puddle of coolant being deposited.

It basically randomly spits some coolant when it feels like it.

This equates to 400-500ml per week. My mechanic has no idea what it is.

Ideas?

Picture below shows where the leak is, there is a rubber pipe in that area and we've put 2 clips on it to make sure it's 100%. Still leaks unpredictably.

Thanks for the tip.

Can I ask how the hose failed? The pressure test indicates it's OK.

Or is it when the hose gets hot it expands too much?

I assume your mate has a Mondeo as well...

How long did you have the pressure tester on it?

We did the pressure test for around 1-2 minutes. It didn't leak.

We had it on the ramp, no drips.

Somebody suggested this :

'I had to do a head gasket on a Mondeo a feew years back. It was the pipe exactly above where your leak is coming from. It was a metal pipe about 15mm in diameter. It had rusted through and I remember when I bought the new pipe from Ford the parts guy said these go all the time. It may be that its just when it is full upto pressure that it leaks as steam. Not that noticible on a short journey.
'

What do you guys think it is?

I personally would leave the pressure tester on for 15-20 minutes with slightly excessive pressure in the system and watch it.
