Default acttuator

hi im just in the middle of fitting my new acctuator

bascially ive gone from a t2 to a t3 with -31 actuator all i need to know is when screwing the bit that fits on the rod and goes to the nipple of the exhaust housing does it matter how far its screwed on?

also does the exhaust flange bit that connects to the actuator does this have to be open or closed as in to the left or right ill get some pics sorted for tommorow cheers

gate goes nearest actuator.
shorten rod so its 3mm too short to hook over, and then stretch teh arm over. This is now your MINIMUM boost setting on that actuator.

There is no 100% relation due to teh boost control solenoids action (amal valve) but figure on 1 turn =1.5psi normally.

id turned mine up about 8 turns and it was running 23psi!! turned it down now before she gives up! now the actuator is shaged and it holds back at higher boost sometimes!
