Default dump valve question

hi all,

i am building a zetec turbo using mostly sierra cosworth parts including the management, turbo and throttle.

should i be using a dump valve? if so, what type would you reccommend? (i want one that sounds good too!)

Cheers peeps

you dont have to, if you are using an old floating point bearing turbo it may extend its life but if you are going for a newer ball bearing turbo it doesn't make much difference.
