Can someone please tell me how to take apart a Sapphire Cos wing mirror?

Basically the one on my car needs the motor and glass replaced. I bought an old one of Ebay but the housing is rubbish so how would I go about swapping the motor and glass?

from what I remember the plastic back of the unit clips off exposing the wiring and motor.

 

to take the mirror out of the housing, you have to poke a screwdriver up the hole that's in the bottom and rotate a round plastic catch that holds it in. it's difficult to describe, but once you've done it you'll know what i mean.

you could always practice by smashing one at a scrapyard to see inside
