What size diff do I have?
I'm trying to get a 4.1:1 ratio for my Se7en clone and I just want to make sure I'm chasing the right one.
Here's the diff in the back of the car ->
Is that a 7" diff?
I was told it's a 7.5" but I don't know a lot about them and I'm not sure if such a thing exists. It's got a Quaiffe Torsen LSD in it.

Hi
Your diff is a 7.5" as fitted to the Granada 100mm joints, and Sierra Cosworth 109mm joints. You need a 7" Sierra unit to fit a 4:1 cw+p, Kam Diffs make them.
You'll be lucky to get much help on this site, it's full of kids and dreamers telling each other stories. If you're over 12yrs you'd be better served on Locostbuilder.
If you were in UK I'd buy the 7.5 off you

as for that pic mate - how can you tell its a 7 1/2 ?
the granada 7" also uses bolt on lobro joints, and you cant tell the size of the joints from that pic. also ive used the larger lobro joints and 1/4 shafts in a 7" diff so you just guessing.
show me a good pic of the back plate on the diff pal and ill tell you what size unit it is, also if you have a pic of the diff without the drive shafts fitted i wil tell you the size of the lobro's
regards
