Default Excess Pressure in water system!!!!!!

Apart from the head gasket, and maybe a cracked head/bore, is there anything else that could cause my water system to be pressurised excessively??? i.e blowing it out of the prv on my 20 psi header tank cap!!!
It's coopers ringed by the way, which is why I'm cryin!!!

your cooper rings are very good but not holy...you know what I mean. I've had the same problem and it turns out it was the head gasket. I think you're car is leaking pressurised gasses through the cooling. I've had it to and I spoiled a new plastic tank in a week.

good luck finding.

Kev by any chance is the cap old? they can sometimes start leaking past a worn cap, I have had that myself as well! But otherthan that I dont thin it will be good news!

IF IT IS OVER HEATING IT WILL PRESSURISE [WATER GETS TOO HOT ...WATER TURNS TO STEAM...HEY PRESTO LOADS O PRESSURE] IT MAY NOT BE THE HEAD GASKET IT COULD HAVE A COOLING PROBLEM!!!
