Default Roll cage type?

Hello all, I am now the owner of a certain 426bhp/418ft lb Mk1Escort (Cossie Turboed) and about to finish it off.

Now it could really do with a full rollcage, and I have the following options:

1. Fit a Safety Devies bolt in cage.
2. Get a 6 point weld in cage.
3. Get a custom made 14 point cage welded in.

Now I know option 3 is the stronger, but the cost is quite a bit.

I have seen the pics of the bubble arched Cossied Mk1 (Lee's) and his has a bolt in cage, ill this be sufficient?

Thanks, Lee

it all depends on what youre planning on doing with the car, race/rally/road etc etc and how hard you want to drive it, as well as the money side of things
