Default FRST Superchips.....

Are these chips just plug in and go?

Been offered a second hand one at a cheap price. Presumably they all have a standard map flashed onto them???

Hope someone can help

they do two versions 165 and 195 each is available for OFAC or OFAB management.

The 165 is fairly plug and play though its always advisable to get it tuned up at the same time.

Where as the 195 will require the bigger beige injectors and an unrated fuel pump ive been told, then a tune up to make sure its all working together as the fuelling will be out i would expect.

Other than that they are just a standard map flashed onto them yeah

Default FRST Superchips.......can a 1AFA Superchip be re-flashed

cheers for that!

I was aware of the beige injectors and increasing the fuel pressure, should of added that in, just didnt think. So bar that all the chips are the same then? No individuality in them?

I had another thought earlier, i have got an XR3i superchip mapped for a 1AFA ECU, anyone know if you can get this re-flashed for a OFAB ECU, i would of thought u could?
