Will a normally 2.0 zetec out of a Mondeo go into a mk3 Fiesta 1.4i L(single point inj, grey import)?
Is it a bolt in or is there any cutting?
Do you swap the engine and gearbox or use the Fiesta g/box and driveshafts?
Are there any companies that make a wiring loom for the conversion?
Is the exhaust system a custom item or can that be bought?

you will need the engine loom , sump , pick up pipe , flywheel and clutch , water pump , inlet and exhaust manifolds and engine mounts from a 16v 2i,.

 

your best bet is to buy a 1.8 xr2i crashed and swap the lot onto a 2.0l block

 

truth I totally agrre you are better of having the 16v 2i but if you have to monde as a donor then you can doi that way. ether way it would be a great project.
