What the max boost you can get out of a T3 (from a 4X4 sapphire cossie)

 

I guess 23psi without the 360 bearings.

 

Ive been told if i run this kind of boost for more than a couple of months it will blow
The car is a Nissan 200SX S13
The mods are
K+N induction kit
300ZX twin turbo air flow meter
stage 3 chip
440cc injectors
Walbro 255LPH fuel pump
T3 4X4 Cossie turbo
Volvo T5 intercooler
Forge dump valve

What is a safe limit of boost to run with these turbos?
