Default Running warm in s2

Just recently got the s2 back on the road after fitting a stg3 turbo and grs i/c with twin kelowe fans. The trouble i'm having is keeping the temps down to a resonable level, the temp gauge can be up and down all the time even when doing the same speeds.I woundered if this could be an air lock of some sort? How would i get rid of this?

The thermostat has been removed for now as i thought that this could be playing a part in it,the heater is also pretty shat and was even wgen the thermostat was still in?

The fan switch is workin correctly but can still just pass the (n) on the gauge and then will come back down whenever it suits.

Sure this must be an airlock of some sort.

Any help appriciated.

Thanx rich
