Default Unichip fuel

on friday im getting a unichip fitted to my fiesta ST.

im planning on getting it set up using sainsburys super unleaded 97ron stuff, as i normally use this and is pretty decently priced when compared to optimax abd the like.

are there any benefits to using super instead of regular? and would i be better off using optimax from the start..... even tho i rarely use it due to a) the nearest station being the other side of town, and b) its so bloody dear.

cheers for any help and your thoughts in advance
