Anyone confirm what I believe should be the wiring for the Rev counter on a P8 with ALS Pectel board?

Is PIN 21 the rev counter output and can it be switched on and off in the program?

I have a VDO tacho that worked fine off the distributor. Cars now runs dizzyless but cant get a rev count signal?

Cool, looks like I need to start by shorting the filter wires then from the old unused loom.
