hmm first bleed all the brake the conventional way try and leave the wheels on the ground whilst doing this as it will open up the rear compensators!
when u have done that the abs is a little tricky but here goes first unscrew a small hex key in between the 2 pipes on one of your abs modules! then on top of the module is a small plunger press this down u will hear it click and push down then pump your brake pedal severall times if successfull the plunger will pop up and it will have bled up u can do this severall times if u wish but when u have finshed don't forget to nip up the hex key! and repeat on the other abs module!
if u have somone to give u a hand u will see when bleeding it up u will get fluid return back into the resivoir that will indicate it has bled up ok !
i will post up 2 pics of the abs modules one showing the hex screw and the other the plunger u need to press down !

well if I'm not wrong it should be osr, nsr, osf, nsf and as your car is abs like mine I normally do it with the hand brake off and the engine runing and two blocks stoping the car from moving over my chest now I can recall undoing ani hex key any where but I,ll go out to my baby and check it for you.
Ps: I'll ry to post a pic.

YES THE OFFSIDE REAR IS THE FURTHEST AWAY FROM MASTER CYLINDER
BUT U SHOULD DO EACH DIAGONAL ! IE :
SO IT SHOULD BE O/S/R N/S/F
THEN N/S/R THEN /O/S/F
