Default fiesta rs turbo on boost problem

right ave picked my new frst up today bit of a bargain but on boost theres kinda like a hesitation/missfire

if i feed the boost in real slow it takes off quite well no hoping around but if i just floor it, it is kinda like hitting the limiter but its at any revs and stays like this until i let off i'm not getting to full boost by doing this though and also if its got less load on the engine like downhill its more likely to work normally

i don't have a boost gauge to check the boost but it should be here very soon is it possible that its a boost limiter the black flaps off the bottom of the ecu could it have had a chip taken out and the boost not turned down ?? does this seem familar to anyone thats done this

or could it be a missfire if so whats best to replace the leads with i have put new ngk r plugs in just now and its still the same

forgot to mention sometimes i can boot it and its fine and properly flies am well happy when its like this so its intermitent

i have wiggled all the wires n hoses around the map sensor and nothign happened there didn't change the way it was idleing

i removed the dump valve just to check that it wasn't a split diapharm and tbh i prefare chatter neway but it does seem to be very loud

i don't know how loud it should be for 7 psi but this chatter rivals my mates stage 3 cossie

sorry ave been a bit vague but am trying to get it all down here if u wonder nething just ask as i'll try to add more info from your questions

at a guess i would say the boost is set to high with no chip in the ecu

Hope this helps

does the revs drop off?
if so its over boosting !
if u wind the bleed valve in it should reduce the boost sufficient enough until u get your boost guage
then ditch the bleed valve nothing but trouble!
