Xr3i mfi, may be a stupid question but im bored. By playing around with timing is there anyway to gain a bit more power or is tdc the ultimate for performance?

i had an XR2 once with the cambelt put on approx 3 teeth advanced - when i checked the ignition timing it was something like 34 degrees advanced - it ran well and went like a rocket!

not sure i would go more than 1 tooth advanced tho just in case......
