got actuator in boot of rst i bought long time ago no part no any one know what it is eg31or34






any help thanks also how do you adjust the actuator as is did not come with this turbo no marks on rod thanks,tommy

 

it looks like a collins actuator i think its the equivilant of a -31 can it not be adjusted like a normal 1?
