That is the sound of low/no oil pressure, its most likely to be a blocked oil pickup strainer, but it could be main bearings or oil pump too. have you recently done any work on it? used engine oil flush lately?
Get it sorted or it wont last long!

sump pick up isnt easy but not hard,

exhaust, starter off, cambelt off, bottom pully etc empty oil out, sump off

if you change the oil pump, you have to undo the engine mount bolt in the drivers side wheel arch to allow room to slide off oil pump

undo oil pump bolts off, undo the pick up pipe, allen key bolts, theres a gasket in between this could of just slipped out or maybe old and leaking, if is, that will be your problem.

oh dear, by the sounds of it, it does sound very good.
the tick may be main bearings, big or any other part of the engine
that doesnt get a supply of oil for that matter. personaly i wouldnt even start it
until ive had the sump off for inspection for how much damage was already
done.
