Default frst chip question

just looking for some advice. i want to spend some cash on my frst but just want to see if im thinkin of spending it in the right places
I was planing to get stage 2 chip, beige injectors, cam set(dont know what one?) and head gasket whould this be wise without a bottom end rebuild? also any other advice or ideas would be apreciated very much

thanks
Mark

An engine rebuild is always ideal, but as long as it's healthy it should be ok, the stage 2 chip, injectors & an uprated actuator is a good option, they do recommend an uprated fuel pump too. as for the cam ive allways used piper 285 t2, but ive heard they can wear out quick (personally think they havn't been insalled/run in propperly) so the kent version may be worth a look at, a vernia pulley is best fitted to set the cam up. why are you replacing the head gasket? also start saving for a new turbo, the weak T2 turbo dont last long on high boost, hence lots going to the cheaper stronger T3.

well im not shure yet if the slight oil leak is on head gasket or cam seal so i might not need to do it depending what i find. will the car need setup after chip and cams are fitted or should it run fine as it is

thanks
