Cosworth Oil pressure...?

Hi...what sort of oil pressure should I expect ona 4wd engine with a uprated oil pump at idle and at speed....????

just as a comparison, my escos, when hot oil presure, idle: 1.5 bar, cruise: 4 bar.

4 times 14.5 = 58,2 psi
1,5 times 14,5 = 21,7 psi

depending on what oil your using also with a high pressure oil pump on the move about 60+psi and tick over 35+

hmmm..ok, I have still not run in the engine but when finished I will use Castrol RS 10/60 or Silicone P 10/50 (15/50).....so I wil check it then
