im in the process of buyin my forth S2,
theres a puddle in the drivers footwell,
the car has had a patch of welding under the wiper motor and been undersealed, in and around the fuse box doesnt look rusty, had a tap round by the fuse box and its all solid, its not the matrix as it doesnt smell of antifreeze, the inner wings are ok aswell, any suggestions??

Sunroof, or the gutters for the sun roof full of shyte? Windscreen/door seal?

Or was it you pissing yourself after driving it!! I know you can't handle fast cars

i had this in an old one of mine too.... the seal under the fuse box had perrished.

pull the carpet an underlay away from the rear of the pedals and surrounding area then get hose pipe or a jug of water and slowly let water run down the inner wing, best havin someone lookin inside the car. if not try lettin water run anywhere else you think it may come from.

only real way to find the leak is to get water goin thu eh ! it'll get a lil wet, but its wet anyway !
