Default lowering FRST's

Just wondering if you can put lowering springs on standard shocks and dampners or if it will fook the shocks up..

Its a 50mm drop on 15 inch standard alloys???

Anyone know or running with just lowering springs

It will be fine i had cars with just the springs and they've all been ok But it would be better to get both springs and shocks fitted for handling
