As above no boost at all, Have put a T3 turbo onto my frst with -31 actuator thats off a cossie which i now know was running 24psi would this be the problem why my car won't boost????

It hits 3000rpm and goes flat.......

is your car chipped if not it wont run over 10psi on a standered ecu.

 

and i know "some" turbos spin the opposite way, are you sure the impellor is going the right way...?
